Ayonna Chambers is a motivated student who demonstrates positive leadership, maturity, and responsibility. Chambers is a broadcast journalism major leadership studies minor from Union, New Jersey attending Hampton University. She plans to pursue the entertainment field once she graduates from college. Her skills include; social media marketing, content creation, video editing, and graphic design. Her most recent experience was interning on the social media team for Amanda Seales’ Smart, Funny and Black. As well as, a student of the Boyd Initiative, learning about the fundamentals of media and advertising. As a rising junior at Hampton University, she is active in multiple influential organizations on campus. These organizations include; Hercampus, SHEIN Campus Ambassador, and Black is Gold. Her positions within these organizations are relating to social media content creation, promotions, entertainment, marketing, and planning. Ayonna Chambers is a William R. Harvey Leadership Institute Fellow inducted in 2020. She is also a sophomore Hampton Script advisor for the 2020 school year. In her free time, Ayonna Chambers is a content creator. She has a Youtube channel with over 40,000 channel views that focuses on beauty and lifestyle. Chambers’ dream jobs include entrepreneurship, working for a black media entertainment company, and writing for a black online magazine.
